@DrDanMar @timricketts_ Two weeks ago I had seen a patient with PE with normal (normal in general, not normal based on age-adjusted cut-off) D-dimers, normal ECG, 60bpm and no risk factors for PE.
Patient's complaint was dyspnoea though, which is pretty hard to dismiss if you do not have a diagnosis.
