This practice as described is a transparent and institutionalised corruption. Allocation should be based on identified/presented needs. Framework for accounting for the allocated resources established or fully implemented.
Ratification and implementation of the African Charter on Democracy, Election and Governance (ACDEG) is the vaccine against democratic recession. Universal ratification the panacea.

The Special Protection Unit (SPU) has been established by the #SouthSudan National Police Service to provide essential services for survivors of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and other cases.
Funded by Japan and constructed by UNDP, the SPU in Obbo, Magwi County, links police to local communities, enabling effective reporting and support for survivors. Together, we’re creating a safer environment for all! #EndGBV
