My third shirt! Other two completely drenched in sweat! Over 2 hours of Muay Thai while intermittent fasting. 16 hour fast with an 8 hour eating window.
Helping me make sure I don't eat reckless.
All of my meals, chicken, rice, veg. Keeping it clean.
On the weight loss grind.
Meals were fruit based and grilled chicken and rice. Added in a greens drink, vitamins, and a protein shake to make sure the nutrition goals were hit.
An hour of Muay Thai today and a 16 hour intermittent fasting session.
It's been 18 months since I posted a serous workout update. I was on an amazing level of consistency and then I tore my ACL... I am back to 305 lbs.
After stopping everything to recover, it's been a massive fight just to get back moving again.
The image one left, me right now 😭
The image on the right? Me at the beginning of 2024.
My weight and health have just been at it's worst levels in a long time. From the nutrition, to the lack of movement, to the just sitting at my desk from morning until night, I have let me health get to it's lowest levels possible.
Happy to report, 2 weeks back at Muay Thai (with a week in between to NYC for Vercel Ship)
I can't believe I let myself go this much and just lost so much of the progress I made. (Still not back to almost 400lbs though thankfully where I lost my breathe just walking around the house.)
My stamina in the gym right now is practically non-existent. Today I barely finished the class. I had to tap out early. I just couldn't breathe at all.
I'm just happy I am back moving again but I got a long way to go.
Nothing but Chicken, Rice, and broccoli for a while. See you in 12 months!
Since my last health update my focus has been on being very consistent and moving.
Movement every day even if it's late at night. Just squeezed in an extra mile with the focus being on stamina.
I have to show up at least 365 more times before I have a choice to quit 😤
@AfrahMedFood I don't mainly because I'm a bit older and don't really feel the need to. I theoretically could if I wanted to. The most I do is some hard sparring.
But I am thinking about doing a competition at least once.
@charliebrown991 I tore my meniscus in January. Took 2 months of bed rest, last month I have been rehabbing it and now I'm back. Taking it easy, not going to the same intensity I used to do it at.
I only feel a small resistance that is starting to go away as the leg strengthens.
