🗣️ "I am taking the Jets to cover. I backed Chicago plus the points last week against a broken Eagles squad, but I am flipping here because there is not a full touchdown difference between Philadelphia and New York across two key betting numbers (3 and 4). The Jets defense should be able to keep this game well within striking distance, and Geno Smith will likely get the clean pocket he needs against a weak Bears pass rush." - @Stuckey2
NFL 🏈 Lock #4 (Sept. 27th)
Amon-Ra St. Brown over 6.5 Receptions
(-138 FD)
❤️ IF YOU’RE TAILING
St. Brown leads the NFL with 19 receptions through two weeks and has cleared 6.5 in both games, catching 10 of 14 targets against New Orleans and 9 of 13 against Buffalo. That’s 27 targets, a 34% target share and four TDs. He also leads the NFL with 6 red-zone targets and owns a 50% first-read rate inside the 20. This is the same receiver who posted 117 catches for 1,401 yards last season, his third straight year topping 1,263 yards.
The Jets have been excellent against the pass, ranking 2nd in both passing yards allowed and yards per attempt. But their heavy two-high coverage could actually benefit St. Brown. Since 2024, he’s posted a 0.33 target-per-route-run rate and 2.75 yards per route run against two-high looks. Those shells take away deep shots and funnel underneath targets to the slot, exactly where St. Brown thrives.
The biggest concern is a potential Detroit blowout leading to fewer second-half targets. But even in Week 1, when Detroit controlled the game more comfortably, St. Brown still caught 10 passes. His role is built around being Goff’s first read, not game script. With 13+ targets in both games, a massive target share and a matchup that should funnel underneath work his way, 6.5 is simply too low.

🗣️ "I am backing the Steelers +3.5 and playing them on the moneyline in my underdog parlay. I make this line slightly under a field goal, so grabbing the full +3.5 is valuable. The Steelers are perfectly constructed to exploit the Bengals' biggest defensive weakness. They will trot out two tight ends, get the ball out quickly, and let Pat Freiermuth (who is a great prop look for Over 34.5 receiving yards) carve up Cincinnati's linebackers over the middle. The Bengals' 2-0 start is a total mirage. I think we'll see Pittsburgh's defense do enough to win this game outright at home." - @Stuckey2

🗣️ "Make sure you shop around and try to find this total at 47 if you can, as it is a key number. Without Zay Flowers, the Ravens are going to lean on a methodical, run-heavy script with Derrick Henry against a Saints defense uniquely equipped to match up with their heavy personnel. On the flip side, I expect Jesse Minter to throw confusing looks at Tyler Shough, generating consistent stops against a Saints offense that lacks down-to-down consistency. Both defenses are designed to eliminate explosive plays, giving this game all the makings of a low-scoring slugfest." - @Stuckey2

NFL 🏈 Lock #3 (Sept. 20th)
Patrick Mahomes o 219.5 Pass Yards
(-110 DK)
❤️ IF YOU'RE TAILING
Before his knee injury ended 2025, Mahomes cleared 219.5 in 11 of 14 starts (79%), including seven straight games over 250. He’s also cleared this number in 8 of his last 10 healthy starts. His Week 1 line of 184 yards looks concerning, but Kansas City won 31-10 while rushing for 220 yards and controlling the ball for 33:42\. Against this exact Colts defense last November, Mahomes went 29-of-46 for 352 yards.
Indianapolis is the matchup to attack. The Colts finished 30th against the pass last season, allowing 247.9 yards per game, and just surrendered 506 total yards to Baltimore in Week 1, including 300+ passing yards and 150 receiving yards to Zay Flowers. This is the same defense Mahomes torched for 352 yards last season, and Kansas City’s receivers combined for only 37 yards in Week 1, creating plenty of room for positive regression.
The biggest risk is game script. Kenneth Walker’s 23-carry, 173-yard debut could keep Kansas City committed to the run if they build an early lead. But Mahomes only needs 220 yards, a number he’s cleared at an elite rate, and Andy Reid has plenty of reason to get his passing game going after that Week 1 performance. Prime time at Arrowhead with no weather concerns against one of the league’s weakest pass defenses. 219.5 is too low.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (+7) (-120) over KC Chiefs
5:20pm PST
The Colts couldn’t have played any worse than they did in their home opener. I believe they make the right adjustments and play much better this week! The Chiefs could potentially have a let-down here coming off the Monday Night Football victory in a Division Rivalry against the Broncos in which they had double-revenge from losing twice to them last season.
Jonathan Taylor could have a solid game here as the Chiefs held the Broncos to only 61 rushing yards. Sure, the Colts allowed 202 rushing yards to Derrick Henry last week and most would think Kenneth Walker can break out here. But I believe the Colts play much better defensively against the run here and play much better overall defensively and keep this game close!
Keep in mind too, the Chiefs have played 7-straight home games towards the UNDER and if that continues here, catching (+7) with the Colts has a ton of value of points are to come at a premium similar to the 23-20 Chiefs victory over the Colts at home last season.
