* At this stage, there is no independent verification of the authenticity, completeness, or origin of the data.

* While some information may originate from publicly available government and municipal records, the inclusion of consolidated contact details increases the risk of:
* Targeted phishing campaigns
* Spear-phishing against elected officials
* Social engineering attacks
* Harassment and intimidation campaigns
* Political influence operations
* Doxxing activities

Analyst Note:

Public officials are increasingly targeted not because individual records are sensitive, but because aggregated datasets significantly reduce the effort required for threat actors to identify, profile, and target individuals. Even when sourced from public records, centralized collections can create substantial operational security risks.
