@MartinSLewis hi, I've been on with @hive customer support today and they said they have done a background update to all devices that means you must purchase new hardware for the heating system to work. Are they allowed to do this or should it not have been an optional update?

@AmazonHelp Hey Amazon, I've not been able to use the Amazon Music App for the last two days. It wouldn't connect to the internet and after deleting/ reinstalling it won't load.
@AmazonHelp iPhone 12. Was working yesterday morning, tried using it in the afternoon and it kept saying "you have no internet connection". I deleted and installed it again this morning but now I can't even sign in, constant loading screen. All other apps work.
