We identified that mammary IELp-derived cells promote mammary gland differentiation, both at the level of milk secreting cells and contractile cells. This results in optimal lactogenesis, improved neonatal development. 3/5

We uncovered that pregnancy-induced rewiring of thymocyte development is associated with an increase in thymic intra-epithelial lymphocyte precursor (IELp) development which differentiates within the mammary gland in an IL-15-dependent manner. 2/5
