Pantera Bitcoin Fund recently achieved an insane milestone – 1,000x.

The post-election surge has taken the fund a further 30% higher. The Fund’s lifetime return is now 131,165% – net of fees and expenses.

What would an “Ozempic for sleep” look like?

We spend a third of our lives sleeping, yet there has been surprisingly little innovation focused on dramatically improving it.

@mackenziejem is hosting a research day on exactly that question.

With memory being a core bottleneck in the Al build out, Mackenzie breaks down what step function technologies could come after HBM

[Mackenzie Morehead @mackenziejem]

New Post: What Comes After HBM?
It might be crazy to start a new memory company at outrageous highs... but maybe it's just crazy enough

We profile speculative technologies that could lead to:
1) Faster than HBM Access Speeds
or
2) HBM-like Bandwidth with NAND-Like Density

AI agents won’t walk into a bank and open a traditional account.

They need digital money. They need crypto.

@dan_pantera: As agentic finance accelerates, crypto becomes essential infrastructure. There is no important future for AI in which crypto is not a core part.

That’s why cryptocurrency itself serves as a powerful hedge and tangential play on the rise of AI agents.

Sam Altman @sama joins @cosmo_jiang to discuss why proof of human is necessary in the age of AI.

@masonnystrom also joins to share why Pantera invested in @worldnetwork.

In this episode, they cover:
- AI is advancing faster than Sam expected. The need for proof of human has never been stronger.
- Agents need to move money. Agentic payments are one of Sam's most personally exciting use cases.
- Proof of human as a substrate: driver's licenses, education, and employment credentials all appended to a verified human identity.
- Targeted advertising is the first massive use case as AI agents flood the internet.
- Advertisers will pay a premium for verified human impressions.
- World has 18 million verified humans today with 4 billion smartphone users as the addressable market.

Mackenzie published a detailed quantitative analysis of biotech platforms.

Good place to start to understand how platform companies from Moderna with mRNA to Isomorphic with AI reach patients and are valued in markets.

New Post: Quantitative Look at Biotech Platforms

Plenty has been written about bio platform strategy but no one's put numbers around it

We used a whole lotta tokens to compile clinical, partnership + financial data on the 100 most successful public platform biotechs of all time

AI agents aren't going to go down the street to an ionic column, marble bank to get a normal bank account, and transact in paper money.

They have to use electronic money.

So, as AI agents become more impactful, they have to use blockchain assets and that will just increase the demand for blockchain assets.

[Pantera Capital @PanteraCapital]

We’re witnessing a convergence of AI and crypto.

AI agents can't walk into a bank, open an account, or transact in paper money.

Crypto provides the financial rails for AI agents to exchange value online.

As AI adoption grows exponentially, we believe crypto demand will follow naturally.
