Iran’s position and unwillingness to give in to U.S. policy red lines on the nuclear issues is a reflection of the fact Tehran believes that’s it’s winning and can wait the U.S. out.
We won’t see a change in behavior until we see a change in perception.
Some sources like below now reporting that the (US strike) that hit the house in Baghdad took out Kata'ib Hizballah Secretary General Hamidawi, but I have yet to see official statement from KH. I have also heard separately that Hamidawi might have been injured and taken to the hospital.
This would be the most significant persona strike taken by the US in Iraq since Qasem Soleimani.
Just a few of the countries which could see tariff rates drop (at least temporarily) from 15% - 10%. Others like Brazil are at higher rates and stand to benefit. 301s etc will come into play to replace over time.
