@EsteeLauder bought double wear foundation in my usual colour pale almond 2c2 but the new formal is nothing like the original colour its orange and looks like some cheap foundation how do I return this?

@hm_custserv ordered 3 packs of trunks for my partner all large however one pack is a large as labelled the other 2 packs are medium despite the label stating large. The difference can be seen in the pictures!!!

@skytv terrible service from a number of agents I've been advised numerous occasions you would send a box to return goods nothing...today told you can only send once and if I don't return undamaged I'll be charged £117 plus VAT the attitude and knowledge of your staff is terrible

@OctopusEnergy wow I've got a smart metre and received a bill stating nov-dev open it and it refers to Jan 22 claiming its unpaid period yet I've a smart meter and pay by DD please explain #jokers
