@OctopusEnergy moved home in early July and had none stop issues with Octopus, am heavily pregnant and feeling extremely stressed. Been a loyal customer for years but as soon as I have moved home nothing is being resolved, just countless useless back and forth emails.

@WestMidRailway Why was the 4.23 train to Redditch cancelled and the 4.31 to Bromsgrove is now maybe coming at 4.48. Are the trains on this line actually running or is the 4.31 going to get cancelled too?

@TalkTalk @LightcomesLeeds I have the same issue! I spoke to someone in Jan, they confirmed my account will be closed from 2nd March when my contract end and found out 2 days ago that nothing has been done and my account & billing is very much still active! Tried for 2 days to get this sorted now!

@WestMidRailway On the app it looks like trains are running more regularly on the Wed and Fri from Longbridge to University and it has updated the limited service on the strike days. is this correct or will the limited service affect all the days Tues-Sat? Thanks

@WestMidRailway on the trainline app it appears that there are two trains going from longbridge at 6.52 but both are from the same platform at exactly the same time? same issue with 7.52. Is this an error or on purpose?

@WestMidRailway it arrived on time, it was not the passangers fault that there was so many people that needed to get off. warning came on after 1 person got on the train, usually train crew check that everyone got on first before they slam the door shut and stop people getting on

@WestMidRailway the 17.23 train from uni to bromsgrove decided to start closing the doors whilst passangers were trying to get on, leaving people who waited for others to get off at the platform 👎
