Cal’s offensive problems, in order of magnitude

1) implementing a complex NFL scheme, with less than a week to change to a simpler philosophy
2) an embarrassing offensive line (when are these guys gonna have any pride?)
3) a shitty attitude among some of our higher paid guys
4) Our QB not growing his understanding of the game
