@TNLUK .. called support and waited over 16 minutes before hanging up. Terrible service! Can't update lost card as there is a small balance on account which you can't withdraw as the card is cancelled! What a tech mess up
@British_Airways - think before you subscribe to Avios points. When I try to book a flight, I get less than half the value of what I paid. How does that make sense?

@British_Airways I purchased 200000 avios for just under £2000. When I try to book a flight, I get £855 off for 192000 avois. That is a loss of over £1000. What then is the benefit of buying Avios?

- cancelled by booking without notice and insisted I had cancelled. Same property was available at twice the price in a matter of hours! Confirmation - 4040652402. Absolute horror show. This is my last dealing with them!!
Faulty SIM bought at @Tesco for @tescomobile - SIM won't register and they won't refund top-up as number not found on system (because it wouldn't register - doh!!). Be warned when buying SIM at counter. Not much help from Mobile Store at Tesco either!

Just so you know @amazonuk Twitter team tweeted they would look into it but the outcome is the same message "if the seller does not respond regarding this issue we won't be able to take further action." So buy 3rd party products from Amazon at your own risk!!
A word of caution when you buy from a third party at @AmazonUK. After 90 days, if the third party ceases to exist, #amazon will not refund/replace even if the item comes with a guarantee. 4 chats with customer service went from we will sort it out to sorry!! #bettersafethansorry
