@MJ_FERMEZ_LA BioWare hadn’t had a single hit game in almost 20 years. Their next game was due out in another 5 years at least.
No shareholder is going to keep throwing money at that.
BioWare killed BioWare by not having a functional release pipeline.
@whizwang She has always been a calculating, manipulative, sociopath. I don’t think seeing her dialling that up to 11 in this is going to change too many hearts and minds.
@MartiansGame Absolutely love you art, dude.
Focus on the things that give you joy (It helps that it gives me joy as well.) and tune out the negativity.
@MartiansGame This pic hits me right in the nostalgia.
Also, it is possible to block out the slop and still enjoy some of the amazing work that indie devs are crafting.
Don’t let the negative aspects interfere with your enjoyment of the positive.
@HaytGhola@RadfemBeat I know a girl who just doesn’t like to be touched and hugged. Her family gently boops her nose to show affection because they are a family of huggers.
There is nothing wrong with that. Each to their own and such. Just criticising someone who has different preferences is weird.
@RadfemBeat Your love language isn’t touch. That is ok. Find someone you’re compatible with.
Me, I like to hold hands, snuggle, spoon, hug, brush her hair out of her eyes, touch her butt as I pass by in the kitchen, do head scratches. It’s how I maintain connection.
Each to their own.
@fandompulse The goal of a TV show should be to entertain while making the network money.
I have no idea what this is anymore. It is so far out of my frame of reference that I just don’t understand it.
@BlackMajikMan90 Something does have to change.
Dev houses need to have a release pipeline of new games coming out every 2-3 years.
You can’t have 15 years of flops and then tell shareholders that they will get another bite at the cherry in 7 years. It makes no business sense.
@webdevMason I’ll be honest - the Amish approach seems respectful. Lots of emphasis on consent and building up connection through physical closeness. I think it is healthier than modern hookup culture.
Whether the reality matches the theory is interesting
