Hawa ndio watu wanaobadilisha dunia. Wanasukumana kila siku kuwa bora zaidi. Kwao kazi ni vita na sanaa kwa wakati mmoja, malengo ni haki yao, na biashara ni mchezo wanaoujua kushinda.
Ukibarikiwa kuwapata, shikamana nao. Usipowapata… kuwa mmoja wao. 🔥

I’m convinced that you can get pretty far in life by just finishing things. The world is full of half-written books, half-built businesses, and half-kept promises. You stand out by showing up. By closing loops. By doing what you said you’d do. By having the courage to finish.
Can’t lie to you. If you don’t make a move, you will see literal clowns race past you. Clowns.
Nothing concern life with ‘I am a smart, educated, experienced person’.
You don’t act, you remain there.
Underrated life advice: A good life is built by simply doing uncomfortable things sooner. The delayed conversation gets harder. The ignored problem gets bigger. The small repair gets more expensive. Peace is never found through avoidance. It’s found through direct early action.
My friend sends his children’s nanny's kids to his children's school and he pays the fees. The fee is not cheap. The kids all play together.
They won't understand what is happening until they are big.
In his simple logic, the person looking after your kids deserve to have her kids looked after. Your children's lives are in her hands and she would raise them as her own.
#Mentality
men, here are 6 things you must cut off to succeed, pay attention.
1. cut off the habit of chasing women; not women themselves but the habit. it quietly drains your time, money, focus and direction while your entertaining distractions, others are building their empires.
2. cut off procrastination; every i’ll do it later eventually turns to i wish i started earlier so what you delay today becomes the obstacle that defeats you tomorrow.
3. cut off the negative mindset; doubt is a quiet killer. if you already believe you’ll fail, you don’t need an enemy, you become your own.
4. cut off laziness; idleness doesn’t pay bills. dreams without effort die in silence while you sleep on your potentials someone else is awake grinding and striving so he can thrive later in success
5. cut off vices; addiction is just a slow self-destruction. if you don’t control your habits, your habits will eventually control your life.
6. cut off complacency; comfort is where potential goes to sleep. the moment you stop growing, you start declining.
what most men learn too late is that; a disciplined man is not ruled by pleasure, he is driven by purpose and success doesn’t come from adding more, it comes from removing what holds you back...
if these 6 things stays in place, they don’t just slow you down, they also dismantle ur progress so detach, buena suerte. 👍
I love the parable of talents:
The master gives 3 of his servants some cash and asks them to look after it, to multiply it.
2 of the guys invest it. The other gets a bit scared and buries it in the backyard. It’s a big responsibility. He just didn’t want to invest it wrong or lose it.
Then the master comes back and asks the guys how he went with the cash.
The 2 that invested it, made it grow, was seen favourably. The master then went on to give more cash and more responsibilities
Meanwhile. The guy who hid it in the backyard. He made some excuses. But the master was kinda annoyed at him. Ended up banishing him.
I’m reminded of this parable a lot in my journey. And for me the lesson is simple:
It’s not that god just favours some more than others. It’s about how you, as the servant, handle that trust/wealth/talent.
And it’s not just cash. It can be your skills. Or whatever gifts you’ve been given. Never use it, never be faithful, and it doesn’t grow.
Just put your head down & build.
That's the only score that matters: build something.
Leave something behind.
Build something bigger than yourself.
At the end of the day, the only score that matters is the answer to the question “what have you built?”
