Simon Ekpa that the Nigerian regime, through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wrote to the Finnish Government requesting legal assistance in the targeting and unlawful detention of Biafran nationals in Finland, particularly H.E. Simon Ekpa and four other Biafrans.

The Prime Minister's legal team should seek disclosure of this correspondence to examine the allegations and representations made in it. According to the evidence we have at our disposal, this appears to form part of a broader pattern of the Nigerian regime and its Ministry of Foreign Affairs inciting the targeting of Biafrans in the diaspora.
