1. Get road cleaning trucks
2. Ban heavy trucks from accessing CBD
3. Order landlords to do face lifting
4. Get rid of old rusty taxis
5. Improve drainage
6. Introduce dustbins everywhere
7. Plant more trees
8. Introduce fines for those walk in grass
9. Construct roads which connect to main roads in Kampala
10. Regulate Boda bodas
