@BadEconomicTake@FCF_Freddy I think it’s securitization. The cheese wheels are essentially cash generating assets (like loans or leases) and the proceeds from cheese wheel sales will pay back investors. Basically ABS/MBS.
@DudeWhoInvests 7x is a little crazy but the market basically sees Adobe as Blockbuster in a world of Netflixes. Not entirely convinced that Adobe will truly vanish overnight (real professionals still use their products daily - the numbers are the proof) but I’m certainly not buying either.
@RHead47792@insiderinvests AUP via an independent auditor is typically one of the first (visible) steps when issuing a securitized loan in the public market. Source: used to work in loan/lease securitization on the issuer side.
@BarredinDC IAD is easy. Clear security, grab an iced coffee from the Capital One lounge, take the train to A/B and sit in the Etihad/Turkish lounges and enjoy some food until your flight. Agree that the United terminals are horrible though... I wait till the last minute before going to C/D
Today, we remember a legend.
On this day in history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday. An icon that became part of internet history, American culture, and an entire generation’s timeline.
Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. Ten years since the moment the world stopped scrolling and collectively mourned something bigger than a meme.
He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and the strange beauty of the internet bringing millions of people together for one cause: never forgetting Harambe.
Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news. And somehow, a decade later, his legacy still lives on.
Gone, but never forgotten.
Rest easy to a true patriot. 🕊️🇺🇸

Forever in our hearts.
@PoPville The Mosiac District location in nova has been on hold for what seems like years. I remember seeing signs go up in 2024 and being excited, but no updates ever since.
@RATking242@BarefootStudent Nothing complex about it. Study productive and value-add subjects = earn money. I made that decision at 18, and many others do too. Also, what does you being a stock broker have anything to do with anything? Lol
@RATking242@BarefootStudent Labor markets are already highly efficient, and there are plenty of incentives for pursuing higher educations. Degrees that bring a lot of value (ex. finance, CS, engineering) unlock higher-paying jobs, while lower-value education (ex. art, psychology) are naturally lower ROI.
@RATking242@BarefootStudent Why should there be a minimum salary for any random bachelor's degree? What value does an art or history major with 0 professional experience bring that you believe deserves 80K/yr, or even 50K/yr?
@HatedMoats IMO, the SaaS market will continue to be driven by sentiment, not fundamentals, at least in the short term. Adobe may recover eventually, but probably not anytime soon
