Thanks Jim, and huge thanks to all of those brilliant conservationists and organisations across the world that have collaborated on these projects and made them possible. I'd love to name them all but there are too many!
My guest on #TheLifeScientific this morning on @BBCRadio4 is the conservationist, Professor @Debbie_Pain. Among other things, we discuss the Indian vulture crisis (what do you mean you’ve never heard of it?)

The Northern Waterthrush was apparently showing well this morning so @telophorus and I jumped in the car and dashed to nearby Essex. We only had to wait a few minutes for the little cutie to give point blank views in its favourite ditch.
Toxic lead(Pb) from ammunition affects human, animal and environmental health. The evidence is overwhelming & scientists globally urge approval of a proposed EU Pb ammunition ban https://t.co/Y1IkgGXCkG. Please ask your Member States & MEPs to support this ban. @EU_Growth@EU_ENV

I love the way Radio 4 is not afraid to tackle a programme that you think just cant work on Radio. I stumbled on "Wild Inside" while driving yesterday: https://t.co/XakT6z0kDy. The programme dissected a Sunfish. They were delighted when they found the guts full of tape worms!

Enjoying the #RSPB AGM, and delighted at the appointment of @DrAmirKhanGP as our new President. He's such a passionate voice for nature, and he also loves @Bempton_Cliffs.
Also, good new @Natures_Voice logo. Includes water, land and a conservation success story, the avocet.
Currrently @WWTWelney is hosting the astonishing spectacle of almost the entire fenland population of Cranes - 74 birds in total 😍. It took me 1m 16 secs to video the whole flock which is a bit long for Twitter so here's just some of them @WWTworldwide
