Hi @greateranglia - I just went to a ticket machine to collect tickets for travel on a Saturday, but there was no “collect pre-paid tickets” option on the Home Screen - where can I find it please?

@greateranglia Not now, as I’m on a train. The journey is Saturday so I wanted to save time then by collecting today but as I sat, couldn’t find the option to collect them.
