A video was seen doing rounds with a man dragging the poor dog in #Jalandhar #india . With the help of the vehicle number he was caught and brought to the Jalandhar police station by the local animal activist Yuvi ji .The complaint has been registered against him in the Majitha road police station,Amritsar under section 429 IPC and section 11 Pca act but no arrests have been made .The dog is no more and it makes me sad angry desperate how painful this death must have been ..Please call the Police inspector in charge At [phone] and ask him to send the team to immediately Nab this mentally sick man
