Great way to gain perspective is to look up random stats for the average person. Stuff like how much the general population has in their bank account. How much debt they're in. Do it for your country, then globally

Guarantee you'll be shocked. If you're even slightly ambitious, you'll already go into the search with low expectations. Whatever you think the numbers will be, it'll somehow spit out something even lower

This is all to say, you have to chill the fuck out. Don't let the stats justify inaction, but recognize how pointless your anxiety is.
