This provision allows the United States, Canada, or Mexico to exit the pact at any time—completely independent of the 2026 joint review.

@bigcreek19 @RichardDias_CFA It’s not a violation no matter how many times you repeat it up there. There was a mandatory 6 year joint review in July 2026. Mexico and Canada wanted to renew, the US declined. How is that a violation when all 3 countries agreed to that structure in 2020?
