The secret: Find the stats you like& “viola!” you have a shortage that allows builders to spend money on politicians instead of infrastructure by calling it “gentle infill,” turning parking lots into no-occupancy-limit, no-parking high-rises because busses are for proles and your job is only 15minutes away.

BREAKING UPDATE

FOX31 confirms the early morning rollover crash near 48th and Pecos followed an armed robbery investigation and police chase connected to Commerce City.

According to Commerce City Police, multiple suspects allegedly robbed victims at gunpoint and knifepoint before fleeing. One vehicle later crashed near the I-70/Pecos area after a pursuit.

Three people were transported to the hospital with serious injuries and westbound ramps near Pecos were shut down during the investigation.
