@rohindhar You can also live in the investment. Can’t live in a high yield savings acct. These days the numbers maybe not pencil. But decades of the dream will continue, and the “promise” of appreciation.

@TripleNetInvest @sdemarco89 @HealthcareREguy Seattle has its issues no doubt but largely civil in places people tend to live and work. There are edge areas that are bad but tents, drug addicts, creatures etc. have reduced in the last 12-24 months. Still a long way to go but much better than before.

@shaig The fact it sold for $484k in 2008 is crazy to me. Unless the HOA blew up, it’s wild how boom bust cities really are just that. SF recovered by 2013/2014. Then inflation, flock of new residents etc etc.
