One incident early in game summed up Arsenal at the moment. Sporting were attacking, when Martinelli won ball back. With Sporting player on ground it was perfect chance to counter attack. 14 passes later, they still hadn't crossed halfway line. No one wants to risk a quick pass
@JayNEU86 The passing is so slow and nervy. Front three offering nothing, but ball is so slow getting to them, they can't do much anyway. Have to start taking more risks
@TheSundayGame How is Conor Lane getting flak for this? He clearly told Gough that it was a punch, as Gough makes a punching motion to explain why he is carding Murphy. So obviously Gough was told exactly what happened but opted not to enforce the correct punishment.
The worst part of this is that ref clearly tells Murphy its for a punch, but somehow still only gives a yellow. Makes no sense.
Still, this is some display from Donegal. Really wanting to lay down a marker
Wexford fall short but what a brilliant display. Second half was such an intelligent 35 mins of football. Deprived Down of the ball and created enough chances to win. Couldn't close it out but can be very proud of the performance
A fantastic achievement, that no one would have predicted at the start of the campaign.
Huge congrats to all involved and they deserve all the accolades that will come their way. Great to see football on the way up again.

Weโve done it, what a finish, Paraic Hughes won the kickout ran it up the field and into the square, falls to Cian Hughes who passes it across the Sean Ryan who absolutely nails it!!! What a day, what a group!!
Loved Joe Harts explanation that Donnaruma pulls away his hand as he didn't want to risk giving away a penalty, for handling outside the box.
Then Ally McCoist said it makes sense. Great punditry.
Delight at tonight's win tempered by the realisation that we now have another few days of the unhinged whinging from Media and Rival fans, that greets every Arsenal win now.
Oddly mixed feelings after that. We won the game, and advanced in the title race ... but we didn't do it in a way that pleased Fabian Hรผrzeler. I keep asking myself if it was worth it.
That was the most bizarre night of commentary on Sky. Commentator and Gary Neville spent the whole game thinking Chelsea were leading from the first leg and heaping praise on Rosenior's masterplan at keeping it 0-0. Standards at Sky have fallen so low.
Armagh pass up lots of goal chances, to fist ball over the bar. Then lose by a point. Tierney gets the winning goal, where an Armagh player would have fisted over, in that position. Goals win games.
@CiDeely That was meant as a huge compliment. Messi and Wessi are in the same bracket.
Karl looks class though, some very exciting talent coming through in those ages. Interestingly, a lot of them are dribblers too, which some claimed was being coached out of kids.
