ತುಳು ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಎಂಟನೇ ಷೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಕರುನಾಡ ಎಲ್ಲ ನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ತುಳುವಿಗೆ ಸಿಗಬೇಕಾದ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ಸಿಗಲಿ, ತುಳುವಿನ ಉಳಿಯುವಿಕೆ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಇದು ಪೂರಕ.
