@Wego Thanks, but as mentioned in the DM, I have already done that. I reached out to the other two partners as I require clarity.

[Dhruv Bhatt @DhruvRBhatt]

@RazorpayCare I tried making an international flight reservation via TripODeal (travelsees) from the @WegoIndia website. My credit card was charged for the booking but the reservation was rejected after an hour of being in pending status. The payment is in authorised status

@Wego @RazorpayCare awaiting your response here

[Dhruv Bhatt @DhruvRBhatt]

@Wego I have done the needful. Hoping for a very quick resolution

[Dhruv Bhatt @DhruvRBhatt]

@RazorpayCare @Razorpay @Wego @WegoIndia @makemytrip was prompt enough to reverse the transaction within 55 minutes when a similar situation happened with their website.

It’s been more than 18 hours now and I’m struggling to understand why it’s taking so long?

@Wego @WegoIndia @RazorpayCare @Razorpay

[Dhruv Bhatt @DhruvRBhatt]

Travelsees folks are telling me that the refund will be initiated by @RazorpayCare and hence I am checking with you guys. This transaction rejected last night and I have not received the reversal. I need this query resolved urgently. Please help

The entire area now smells like a dumpyard and nobody has bothered to come and clean it up.
