As an athlete, it’s your job to take care of your body. When it comes to exercising, eating healthy, and recovery, you don’t have a choice. You have to do these things if you want to succeed.
Humble healthy advice for 2022:
1) Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5 days a week
2) You are what you eat: eat healthy, i.e. fruits/vegetables
3) Mindful eating: eat slowly
4) Sleep well: a good night of sleep is vital for your health
5) Last but not least: Pray to your Lord.
To enhance your health and immunity in 2021, eat more of
1. Avocado
2. Garlic & onions
3. Broccoli, sukuma wiki, cabbage
4. Mushrooms
5. Citrus fruit
6. Chia & pumpkin seeds
7. Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon
8. Almonds & Cashews
9. Carrots & Beetroot
10. Green tea

It is a good practice to have a large raw vegetable salad at least once a day. A good time for this is dinner time. Have a leafy vegetable such as lettuce or cabbage as the base. Add avocado, tomatoes, carrots, seeds like chia and a dressing like olive oil or fresh lemon juice.
Do you know your blood sugar levels? Many people have prediabetes and don't even know it. #diabetes can be prevented but can also be detected early by a blood test which can give you an opportunity to manage it and even reverse it using natural methods.
Although its Friday, remember that the recommended daily #alcohol consumption limit is 2 drinks per day and a maximum of 7 per week. Please note that you can't save up your quota and have 7 on a #Friday. One drink = 350 mls of beer, 150 mls of wine and 50 mls of spirits/whisky.
