Potential catalyst soon for $CXZ ( $CXZ.ax )
Trades cheaply because of concentration risk (rightly so). But the GM contract is up for renewal by mid-2026 at the latest.
Renewing this for another 5 years would remove that risk for some time.
Unsure if any terms change around pricing etc.
Big buyback by Connexion $CXZ this evening/morning (depending where you are) - ca. 2.5% of outstanding shares. Awaiting results on Thursday and hopefully news on GM renewal soon... Not investment advice. Do your own due diligence.
@Kreuzmann13 @amibolaresearch 100% agree with the concentration risk, but assuming an extension I trust the management team will find smart ways to deploy capital - rare to see a CEO of this caliber in a business of this size
Just saw a strong article on Connexion $CXZ written by @JustValue48 at the end of September - check it out! Good overview of the business, risks and opportunity!

What I’m Watching:
1. Dealer/OEM pilots blending CXZ software + Liberty Signs services
2. Covertrue revenue/earnings disclosure in CXZ reports
3. Whether the non-GM line keeps climbing
Not advice—just one evolving setup I’ve been tracking. Full deep dive in bio
A few more thoughts on Connexion's $CXZ latest move:
– Invested ~A$2.9m cash for a minority stake in Covertrue Group (parent of Liberty Signs)
– CEO Aaryn will join the board
Fully funded from existing cash. Proof the M&A strategy is moving from words to action.
Not SaaS, but strategically adjacent:
– Dealer & OEM fleets need consistent branding → ties directly into CXZ’s courtesy-car workflows
– Potential distribution & channel overlap
– Adds non-GM, AUD-denominated earnings
Small stake, but optionality is real.
Heads, I win. Tails, I don’t lose (much).
I just released my first single-company write-up - link in the bio:
Connexion Mobility ($CXZ.AX) — a tiny Aussie SaaS with one massive customer, a renewal cliff, but some intriguing optionality.

For anyone else who has some free time this Sunday.

@Kreuzmann13 Bonus Update: On Tuesday Connexion announced an investment (substantial majority stake) in Covertrue Group, the owner of leading Australian fleet branding business, Liberty Signs. This proves the company's ability to perform private market M&A
