I’m still trying to wrap my head around the sheer cruelty of taking a prosthetic leg from a man whose leg was amputated during the genocide in Gaza. He went for treatment to get a prosthetic, returned to Gaza, and had it taken away.

Nothing you’ve suffered in the past can justify making another human being suffer like this. Taking away a disabled man’s ability to walk is monstrous, and no amount of historical trauma can make it any less so.

The most horrifying part of the BMJ report on sexual violence against Palestinians is the accounts involving CHILDREN.

Children witnessing or experiencing sexual violence in detention. Girls afraid to walk to school because of sexualised abuse at checkpoints.
