People who feel suicidal are usually overwhelmed by pain so heavy, they honestly believe everyone else would be better off without them.
That’s not selfish.
That’s what a mental health crisis does to your brain..
A few years ago, the Home Secretary called for an amnesty of undocumented people.
Now she's imposing a crackdown on refugees - using her migrant heritage as justification.
These people believe in nothing - except power for its own sake.
Again, this is more evil and vile than anything Sunak ever did and will have devastating material consequences for thousands of people. It will ruin lives.

Severe and very severe ME/CFS patients are the sickest patients I’ve ever seen - even compared to septic transplant or end-stage cancer patients.
The unrelenting suffering and lack of research or definitive treatments puts severe ME/CFS on another level. Nothing compares...
Here we are on Carers Rights Day again and the question is, has anything changed since last year?
The short answer is no. Unpaid carers are still unsupported, living in poverty, unrecognised and unappreciated.
Today @VoicesWales sent the following documents which reflect the state of caring across Wales to Welsh Government Ministers and various MSs. We also included our recommendations of what needs to be done to better support unpaid carers of all ages across Wales.

Some rare good news about Covid in England, as infection levels fall back to ‘baseline’ levels last seen in early summer 2025. This doesn’t mean Covid has ceased to be a threat, as around 1 in every 296 people in England were infected as of 16 November.

109 babygrows; each representing a child that was pulled into poverty TODAY by the two-child limit to benefit payments. These were taken to Westminster today to highlight that this cruel policy must be scrapped by @RachelReevesMP in next week's Budget.
Scrapping this policy would change the life course for hundreds of thousands of children who live in a low-income home. All children deserve to live a life free of poverty, and scrapping the two-child limit - a policy that continues to rip the heart out of childhood - is the most cost-effective way to target families and their children.
