Hey guys I really need your help. Ive had a friend since college, she's also in medicine. She's a 4th yr and has two younger sisters at super prestigious colleges. We're both from the same home state, but went to diff states for med school.
- she's in the area rn for an away rotation. I've never been to her house. She's inviting me over to hangout. She said we should hangout and I suggested we go to a resteraunt. But she insisted I come to her house.
@theorangelemon Just called and left a mag saying I initially contacted them to seek Psych care and Im afraid I missed their call back. ( Its a line where you can only leave voicemail). Now we wait lol.
Okay everyone I tried to make an apmnt with the Psych clinic like three weeks ago. I gave the receptionist my intake info and she said I would get a callback. Apparently they DID call me back. I didn't realize it bc it showed up as all "unknown" w no location or anything. 1/2
@JGQuintel Hi! My friend and I watched Regular Show as kids and are re-watching now. We both want to know- does the show take place in 2005- onward? Or the 2010's ( as in, taking place during the time the show itself was airing) ? :-)

@LeftDrama@itsmyrealname10 @still_oppressed Based on the article I just linked, an hour of brisk walking in a day ( 3.5mph pace, just a bit above the 3 mph pace that is average for adults) burns around 300 calories. ( For 150-180 lb person) You need a deficit of about 500 calories a day to loose 1 lb/week.
@LeftDrama@itsmyrealname10 @still_oppressed To be fair if you're doing that regularly and are still overweight then it's really just genetics keeping you overweight. Brisk walking/hiking is adequate for weight maintenance for most folks.
