Stop blaming Meta this Q4 because YOU are the problem
The product you KILLED, i would've SCALED
$200 CPMs and $3 CPCs is normal in 2026
My new store looked exactly like that on day 1
Day 4 it was at $25 CPMs and ROAS 4
The difference is I know what to do when it looks like shit
I recorded a quick video showing exactly how I turned it around

You script, test & iterate thousands of ads, spend a small house worth on testing them at break even every month
And then hopefully get 1 winner that actually scales...
But then you test 1 lazy ass advertorial, created in 5min with ChatGPT...
Spend maybe $100 on it, get 0 sales...
Change the CTA color from orange to green... still 0 sales...
Then confidently declare that advertorials DON'T work
Do I even need to continue explaining why they haven't worked for you thus far?
Look at this 969K visitors/month masterpiece, generating a couple of $ Ms per month
Every damn section is surgically tested & curated to get the reader completely hooked in
The title's structure:
> Command + invisible enemy, highlighted ("Stop Poisoning Your Skin & Hair!")
> Story frame (My Brother's Eczema Battle)
> Discovery promise (The Toxic Truth About Your Shower Water)
Only the pain gets the neon highlight, so the skimmers get the whole pitch in 6 words
Most hero images on advertorials are lousy half assed Nanobanana prompts, this one is a native style clickbait beauty you would expect on an ad, not an advertorial
> real rash on a real torso next to a rusty pipe puking brown water
> "This is my brother" -> "This is POISONING YOU!"
> problem + villain in 1 image, before you read a single word
Then the rest:
- Opens on bloody sheets from scratching in his sleep (Negative Visual Stimuli, in text form)
- Lists every failed fix: dermatologists, prescription creams, shampoos, hair masks -> kills the alternatives & tells the reader it was never their fault
- Reveals the villain in caps: IT WAS OUR WATER
- Names it "The Chemical Waterfall" & compares it to shampoo labels & toothpaste warnings (your water gives zero warning)
- Stacks authority: ASCE gave US water a D grade, 98% chlorinated, 85% hard water
- Drops the stat that does the heavy lifting: 1 hot shower = more chemicals absorbed than drinking 8 glasses
- Splits the damage into hair, skin & whole body (fatigue & brain fog you thought was "just aging") = 3 demos pulled into 1 page
- "Screw it, let's make our own" origin story, trashes cheap Amazon filters & pretty designer ones in 2 lines
- Introduces the mechanism stupid simple: 15 layers, KDF-55, Calcium Sulfite, coconut carbon
- Aikidos the #1 filter objection (weak pressure) by claiming the opposite: +200% pressure
- Proof stack: 97% softer skin after shower 1, 89% shinier hair in a week, a "Best Shower Filters of 2025" award naming Canopy & Jolie as losers
- Testimonials with age, state & job (Erika 42, Sarah 38 teacher, Jennifer 45 attorney) because "Sarah K." convinces nobody
- 4 "Do you want to keep..." questions with red X's, pure pain re-agitation right before the ask
- Risk reversal made personal: "60 days to try eskiin on me & Wes"
- Price reframed to 33 cents a day & the "accounting keeps telling me this isn't sustainable" line (oldest trick in the book, still works)
- Future paces twice: 30 days from now you're either showing off your hair or wishing you started today
- Dated stock update for scarcity
- Comments section is a second sales page: a plumber vouching for pressure, a dermatologist, an Ozempic hair loss mom, "ATTENTION MEN", & a woman asking about the year-round package (upsell planted in the comments for a thicc AOV)
- 5 identical CTAs + sticky sidebar, same trust bar under every single one
Not 1 section is filler
So if you hold your ads to "test 50 hooks before you call it", hold your advertorials to the same bar
1 ChatGPT draft & 1 button color swap isn't a test, it's a eulogy
And if you're actually serious about building 1 like this, DM me "Advertorial"
pixar style ads are the easiest win in ecom right now
this whole 50 second ad is ONE generation
the tool i use takes the product once and builds the angle and every scene from there, no bouncing between 5 apps or joining clips myself
a creative team would charge $500-1,500 for this and take a week
the hard part used to be keeping the same character from scene to scene, which is where other tools fall apart
the setup i use locks him before a single frame gets made
i'm giving away the whole system:
> 60s+ pixar ads from a single generation
> the claude prompt that picks the angle first
> the product naming trick that builds scenes around it
> spinning one script into 10 variations
rt + comment "PIXAR" and i'll send it

Suno Ai Song Ads are absolutely ripping for us
Launched this ad few months back and it's still the top spender
If you haven't tried it yet give this a shot
Suno Ai Ads might be your next winner
Here is my workflow for creating ai drama ads like these in 5 mins :
> GPT 5 sol for the prompting .
> GPT 2 for the characters .
> Seedance 2.5 + omni for the video generation.
>GPT 6 for the editing and speed up the dead areas.
RT + Comment "Prompt" for the exact prompts i used for creating this .
Dropshipping winning products tip:
Search these keywords in Ad Library or Afterlib:
serum, pain, patch, spray, relief, brace, compression, cream
--> Sweet spot is 10K-60K reach (past 500K = you're too late)
--> Still active + few competitors running it = move now
It's all about copying the right one and launching it fast enough.
"My ad gets a lot of spend but isn't converting, what's going on?"
Most of y'all just see a low ROAS and turn the ad off.
That's the wrong move.
You're actually way closer to a winner than you think.
What you've got is a spend Winner. We wanna turn it into a breakthrough, one that actually scales the account.
There's no one-size-fits-all fix for this.
But there's 2 things usually causing it, and a fix for each:
1) Creative targeting
This is the most common cause of the 2.
First thing to check: is it actually clear who your ad is for?
If that's unclear anywhere, in the hook, the image, the copy, you end up pulling in the wrong person entirely, someone who was never going to buy in the first place.
Had a client selling socks once. Made an image ad, a Nike shoe next to a pair of blue socks. Ton of clicks, CPCs stayed low the whole time. Let it rip because the numbers looked good.
Turns out people clicking in thought they were buying the shoe. We were selling the socks🤣 ⠀
Happens more than you'd think, just usually less obvious than a Nike shoe lol
Maybe your native image ad just isn't clear enough on who it's for, or your VSL's hook is so clickbaity it drags in people who were never gonna buy.
Do learnings on it.
Why'd it get so much engagement in the first place? The visuals? A specific feeling it hit?
Figure that out before you touch anything.
The usual fix is specifying who your avatar is, right in the hook, the image, or the copy, while keeping whatever made it pop in the first place.
Most of the time it's in the hook, like I broke down in the post below.
Doesn't mean the ad has to get boring either.
Make some AI-animated dude riding on a unicorn if you want, just call out exactly who it's for while you do it. ⠀
2 ) Congruent LP ⠀
This one happens less often.
Most cases it's the targeting, but chances are your LP isn't congruent with the ad.
Let's say you run an unaware ad and land it straight on a product page. That's too big a jump, they bounce before they're anywhere near ready to buy.
Unaware ad needs an advertorial or a prelander, product-aware ad can go straight to a product page or a listicle since they already know what they want.
If you wanna go even further:
Start doing Ad-Based CRO.
Match the exact angle, not just the awareness stage. Ad's about energy for busy moms, page says "general energy support," they bounce and you lose the sale.
I've seen dudes 2x their revenue in 24 hours just fixing this, no new ads, no new product.
Ridge, Hexclad, AG1 do this for every angle they scale.
Ad about durability? Page about durability.
Ad about lifestyle? Page about lifestyle.
A winning ad can double your spend at KPI. Stack a winning page on top, you double it again. Same ad, same product, 4x the spend. Insane
Run intense feedback loops on both of these, figure out which one's actually your bottleneck.
Something about that ad already worked, that's the whole reason it's pulling spend in the first place.
Caveat: If you’re under $100k/month, don't even bother, just focus on the ad.
Fix those two things and the ad you thought was 'dead' could be your next winner.
Tis the way of the chad scaler.
2 years ago, we scaled to $800k/day while completely out of stock.... and the conversion rate improved 🤯
Without a big increase in angry customers
Most of you will face inventory issues this Q4.
But if you want to keep scaling, here's the playbook we've been gatekeeping for years:
Turn your stock crisis into a conversion multiplier.
We discovered this accidentally when the factory couldn't keep up with demand.
Instead of stopping ads, we tested something controversial:
Preorders positioned as exclusive access.
Not "sorry, we're out" but "next batch arrives in 21 days - secure yours now before we sell out again."
Conversion rate stayed the same. Sometimes went UP.
Why? Because real scarcity beats your fake "low stock" urgency every time.
Think about it:
- Rolex makes you wait 2 years
- Supreme drops sell out in minutes
- Even Labubus create artificial shortages
Your out-of-stock situation is GENUINE scarcity. Use it.
Here's the exact playbook:
1) The Reframe
Forget your fake "Low stock" text. Now you have REAL scarcity.
Scarcity is THE most powerful psychological trigger.
Position it as "so popular we can't keep up."
When customers see you're genuinely sold out, the fear shifts: "What if I miss the next batch too?"
Your messaging: "Due to overwhelming demand, new orders ship [date]. Previous batch sold out in 72 hours."
Simple. But it converts.
2) The OP Pre-Order Widget That Converts
This shows:
- Exact ship date
- How many have already preordered
- Countdown to next batch
You NEED to let your customers know upfront that it's a preorder, provide clear terms, and when they should expect to receive it.
This solves your customer service problem, and the scarcity implemented counters the conversion rate drop off.
This will allow you to scale while on preorders without much drop in performance, or customer service problems.
You don't even need a developer to implement it, you can just have GPT code it from the image.
3) The Backend Protection
Naturally, preorders trigger more chargebacks if done wrong.
Non-negotiables:
- Clear terms upfront
- Email confirmation with dates
- Weekly updates on status
- Disputifier for chargeback protection
We've tested this with students in Evolve at every level:
$10k days ✓
$70k days ✓
$100k days ✓
Conversion holds. Sometimes improves.
The psychology is simple:
When something's genuinely hard to get, people want it more.
Your inventory problem isn't a crisis. It's an opportunity to create authentic urgency.
Q4 stock issues are coming for everyone; something is going to break if you scale too hard.
The question is: will you panic or profit?
Tis one of the many playbooks we've been implementing in Evolve🤐
41% of bing users in the US earn over $100,000 a year
almost nobody in ecom advertises to them
and once you understand WHO is sitting on that platform, ignoring it starts to look insane
the median bing user is 45-65. desktop-heavy. professional or retired. searching from a work laptop that defaults to Edge, with an outlook inbox that opens to MSN
they never switched search engines because they don't care which one is cooler
what makes them valuable isn't only the income though
it's that they've been exposed to a FRACTION of the blackhat ecom advertising everyone else has been burned by
they haven't been retargeted by fourteen brands selling the same aliexpress product with different logos. they haven't hit a fake countdown timer this month
so the scepticism reflex that fires in 2 seconds on instagram fires much softer here
now the economics
CPCs run 20-40% lower than the identical keywords on google, because 90% of ecom brands have never opened a microsoft ads account
cheaper clicks, wealthier buyer, higher trust, lower competition. that combination doesn't exist anywhere else in paid search right now
we launched a fresh bing account for a client in health. zero history, no brand recognition on the platform
four weeks later: $20,000 revenue from $2,800 spend. 7.1x
setup is one afternoon. microsoft ads has a one-click import that copies your entire google account across. campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ad copy, extensions, all of it
drop bids 20-30% after importing because google bid levels overbid on bing
two things that get accounts banned, since this is where people quit
landing page quality gets manually reviewed harder than google. working contact page, visible privacy policy, clear refund terms, no aggressive pop-ups on first visit
and editorial rules are stricter. ALL CAPS headlines and unsubstantiated superlatives get disapproved. write clean copy, save personality for the landing page
start branded search at $20-30/day for 7-14 days to build account trust before scaling
categories that print hardest: supplements, home goods, premium accessories, pet, fitness equipment
DM me "BING" if you want this running alongside your google setup
