@TPP_MD Oh I had a lovely pt that came in on day of surgery, was very intoxicated after drinking vodka and on anaesthetic assessment said “but they told me I could have clear fluids”….
From that moment on I always said pts could drink only water or black tea/coffee. #lessonslearnt
