Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day.
Going home to sit at the dinner table.
Sitting on your couch to watch Netflix before sleeping.
Repeat this for 5 days a week for 52 weeks of the year.
I don't know about you but that scares the shit out of me.
· Quit porn
· Drink water
· Spend time in nature
· Walk 10k steps a day
· Lift weights 3x a week
· Get 8 hours of quality sleep
· Eat a nutrient dense high protein diet
If a man adopts these habits for the next 6 months he’ll be unrecognizable to his friends & family.
Prioritise these:
1. Yourself
2. Your family
3. Your business
4. Your mental health
5. Your physical health
6. Your diet and nutrition
It will create a better life for you.
Don't open up to people.
They'll use it against you.
Your therapist will want to see you next week.
Your friends will leverage your weaknesses if interests diverge.
Your family shouldn't be bothered.
Deal with your shit on your own, you're very capable of it.
