Some have also lost their internet. One elderly, disabled, housebound lady’s vital Careline pendant is now redundant, and she was unable to receive any phone calls on her 90th birthday! Imagine the distress this caused! @bt_uk@TalkTalk @OpenReachHelp 2/3

An ongoing nightmare at home is making me feel desperate and suicidal. I need practical intervention, not the Samaritans. On 9/6 I asked @WestNorfolkBC for help (again.) I also asked @KingsLynnPolice for help. Also advised GP. None of them did what they said they would....1/2

Followed them all up multiple times this week as home situation has escalated but it’s 4PM on a Friday & still no-one has got back to me. My nightmare will continue into the weekend. “Ask for help” they say. Clearly I don’t matter. This is why people like me don’t make it. 2/2
