@DeryaTR_@scaling01 I do appreciate you’re a scientist doing important work, and it must be incredibly frustrating when a model like Fable comes along and guardrails make it difficult for you to work with. But your statement is incorrect, and Anthropic said the guardrails start overcautious
@SenSanders You idiot. Data collection by social media companies and large online advertisers has been used to dopamine hack people and cause societal issues for over a decade and you’ve done NOTHING! Anthropic Claude is a subscription service, doesn’t advertise, and is least relevant
@sama I was initially negative about GPT5 as a power user, but in reality, it’s a fantastic model, a major upgrade to the general ChatGPT user.
Had the launch presentation not so strongly claimed coding dominance (again it’s great, just not yet better that opus 4.1), I super impressed
@cursor_ai You have lost some credibility here, I know GPT 5 likely better for you business as it’s cheaper (although uses a lot more tokens), but Claude Opus 4.1 is leagues better than GPT 5
@kimmonismus Very disappointed with GPT5 so far, I much prefer Claude Opus 4.1. Having lots of issues with GPT5 including bad instruction following, it becoming very lazy into only a couple of interactions on the same thread, and it completely failing tasks repeatedly.
@RealKidPoker@mikejava85 Putin’s intentions with Ukraine, the Baltics, and possibly beyond are crystal clear. We thought negotiating with Hitler might prevent WWII, made it 1000x worse, should have dealt with him strongly when he started. What happens when Putin invades a NATO country? Need guarantees.

@Justin19486808@RealKidPoker Let me be clear, I want to see an end to the war, but there must be assurances provided that Putin won’t be able to do this again. Not some toothless ceasefire agreement that didn’t work after Crimea.
Also, the combined war chest of the West will FAR outlast Russias. United front
@Justin19486808@RealKidPoker What’s laughably ridiculous @Justin19486808 is believing being on the side of Putin is the right side.
He is a clear imperialist, a street thug, and not a diplomat to be negotiated with. That’s failed once already. Some lukewarm thinking happening in USA.
@elonmusk Likewise I don’t think the Dems can squarely blame the Trump vote on supporters being stupid. @elonmusk there is no need to keep up the propaganda now, please bring balanced, nuanced thoughts.
@elonmusk In other words the uneducated decision was to vote for Trump?
While I agree with you that there seems to be a poisonous ‘woke’ culture that is, only to a extent, being indoctrinated at these colleges, I don’t think you could claim it to be solely responsible for these statistics
@shaycarl Everyone is entitled to their political views and to occasionally voice their opinions, but your constant spamming of your one-sided political content is ridiculous.
@giorgiottolina @kimmonismus I wouldn’t say currently the models are faster or more accurate at computing these kind of scenarios. Until we have LLM based robots that can interact with the world around them as efficiently as a human or even a less intelligent animal, the jury is out on this.
@shaycarl Never mind sexual assault or any other serious misdemeanours, as long as I pray I can walk around like I’m better than everyone else. Christianity has some great teachings, shame so many use it as above.
@FinalArbiterr What did he say about Britain’s rule of law? Surely that was a mistake, Britain has the most established rule of law in the world. America is a great country, but severely lacking in many areas. Unless I’m very wealthy, I would not want to live there.
