🇮🇹 DA ASCOLTARE, Enrico Berlinguer, famoso liberale-liberista. Era il 1983 e Berlinguer spiegava perchè l'Italia era indietro in ricerca scientifica e tecnica, pura ed applicata, perchè era bassa la produttività (dice proprio "produttività", eh), perchè non vi erano risorse per lo sviluppo, perchè la spesa pubblica era più grande che in altri paesi.

E sapete perchè? Perchè, secondo il liberista Berlinguer, esisteva una relazione malsana tra potere e settore privato fondato sul clientelismo e sulla protezione delle categorie (=rendite) che assorbiva le risorse per la crescita.

Era il 1983. Ed era Enrico Berlinguer.

Se lo dico oggi, mi insultano dicendo che sono liberista. Tanto è la distorsione della realtà ormai.

P.S. Faccio notare che Berlinguer parla di bassa produttività della pubblica amministrazione e dei servizi. Ovvero, era già chiarissimo allora che il problema erano i non-tradable, non i tradable sectors.
