This never works...on paper it looks fantastic, but what the traffic engineers always fail to consider is that NYC is a lawless city where delivery drivers do as they want and park anywhere. They always double park blocking all lanes. It will jam up up crosstown traffic and push more traffic to 79th and 66th Streets,

One of the charges is pending. She calls the bank right away, flags it, and checks back a few days late. Document it. It's a pain, but it's the price you pay sometimes for the convenience of a credit card.

It is possible that it's a scam by the pizza parlor, I suppose. But for the most part people are honest, and it could be an innocent mistake.

@Bubblebathgirl The real cause of congestion in NYC is delivery trucks double parking on one or both sides of the streets (avenues, really). Limit deliveries between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am. Not sure what the final solution is but eliminating double parking would immediately free up traffic.
