VBIGs and the need of AFSPA in the Imphal Valley.

The Army chief General Upendra Dwivedi said something about VBIGs! And What is this VBIGs? It is a Valley Based Insurgent Group from Manipur. Which comprises of many proscribed Meitei Militants/secessionist group such as:
1. Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP)
2. Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL)
3. Manipur People’s Liberation Front (MPLF)
4. People’s Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK)
5. People’s Liberation Army (PLA)
6. United National Liberation Front (UNLF)

PURPOSE: To carve out Manipur from the Indian Union.

OPERATION: Since its founding, they have been waging guerrilla warfare as part of the Insurgency in Manipur against the Indian Armed Forces, and has targeted the Indian Army, Indian Paramilitary Forces, non-Manipuri and minorities community in Manipur.

On June 5, 2015 the meitei militant KCP and KYKL ambushed the 06 Dogra regiment which let the martyrdom of 18 brave soldiers in Chandel District, Manipur.

On January 20, 2006, Lt. Col. Rajeev Bhakshi, Dogra regiment was martyred by the meitei militant & Terrorist UNLF in Parbung Village, Manipur.

On January 03, 2003, Shri Vivek Saxena, assistant commandant of the 2nd Battalion BSF was martyred while fighting the Meitei militants & Terrorist MPLF in Sajik Tampa, in Chandel District, Manipur.

On April 8, 1989, Miss Vandana Malik, a lady IPS Officer was martyred by PLA, in Imphal West District of Manipur.

On 31st December 2005, Shri T. Thangthuam IPS, IGP (Intel) from Kuki-Zomi community was ambushed and martyred by PLA militants in Oinam Bazar, Manipur.

The most recent ambushed and most brutal attacked on India Army was carried out on 13th November 2021 where Col Viplav Tripathi CO 46 AR & his entire family (beloved wife and only begotten son) and 4 other brave Jawans were martyred by the meitei militants in Sehken Village, Manipur (near Indo-Myanmar border)

OPERATION REGION: Manipur, Myanmar & Bangladesh. They mainly operate from Myanmar. They fight together with Myanmar armies/Tatmadaw.

You can see the video the Meitei militants saying *Kuch nei kare ga ap bhahar ou, Shanti se bat kare ga* We will not harm you come out we will do talking*

These lines are to be used by Indian Army to urge the Meiteis militants to come to the negotiation table. Instead, the Meitei militants are saying those line to The 4th largest military power on the world!! This proof that AFSPA is the only mechanism to tackle the militants. GOI must reimpose AFSPA immediately in the Imphal valley. Give back AFSPA to our Jawan, the power to neutralize proscribed Meitei Militants.

Now, the GOI with the peace talk with UNLF Faction, they have been operating freely in the Imphal valley, abusing & using derogatory word against the Indian Army.

REIMPOSE AFSPA IMMEDIATELY IN ALL VALLEY DISTRICTS OF MANIPUR. JAI JAWAN 🫡 🇮🇳

We urged DIG @manipur_police to allocate a test center for the Police recruitment in Lamka for the 67 candidates hailing from Churachandpur and Pherzawl Districts. Allocating a center in Lamka would alleviate the financial strain on these candidates and ensure fairness in the recruitment process.

Further, we request a prompt rectification in the case of T. Kapkhan Khual, SI No. 212, whose address has been incorrectly listed as Imphal West, resulting in his interview being scheduled in the wrong district.

Manipur: The #ArambaiTenggol has now been fully equipped with a thermal drone since the beginning of this year. Why not hold these Meitei drone suppliers accountable instead of pointing fingers at foreign entities?

All the drone stores are located in Imphal, and there is not a single store available in the Kuki Hills. Furthermore, unlike the Kukis, the Meitei can access the airport anytime to procure any warfare equipment.

The day will come when the truth about who is attacking whom with a drone will be revealed. Not even the @ukhrultimes can conceal this blatant donation of a thermal drone for the Meitei.

MEITEI ATROCITIES BACK ON SPOTLIGHT FOLLOWING REPORTS OF MARTYRED KUKI WOMAN’S BODY BEING LOCATED IN IMPHAL MORGUE

News reports, on March 1, 2024, had claimed that remains of Mrs. Nengkim (60), one of the four Kuki civilians abducted by Meitei radical mobs in November last year, was found at a mortuary in Imphal Hospital. Reports quoting officials said, ‘after almost four months of extensive search, the body of the mother of an Indian soldier has been traced and is present in the mortuary of an Imphal hospital.’ Officials reportedly added that the army was making all out efforts to shift it to Leimakhong Military Hospital (LMH) from where it would be shifted to Lamka for her last rites. Hundreds of civilians from the Zo ethnic tribes (Zomi-Kuki-Mizo) had been butchered in cold blood by Meitei radical mobs since the start of the current State-sponsored ethnic violence in May 2023.

The horrifying incident took place on November 7, 2023, when Meitei militant group Arambai Tenggol and the notorious and radicalized Meira Paibis abducted 5 innocent Kuki civilians at Kangchup Chingkhong village. They were reportedly abducted from the custody of central security forces and Manipur police from a security checkpoint. The family members were traveling from Lamka towards L Phaijang village for a customary event related to the wedding of their son. One of the passengers, Manglun Haokip (65), who is also father of an Indian army jawan, was rescued by the security forces after he was brutally assaulted by the Meitei mobs and he was airlifted to Base Hospital Guwahati subsequent to an initial treatment at LMH. He is currently recovering at one of the Army Hospitals in the region. The other four included two women, Nengkim (age 60) and Neilam (age 55), and two men, Thangjalam (age 25), and Jamkhothang (age 40).

Days after the abduction of the Kuki civilians, the bodies of Mrs. Neilam and Mr. Jamkhothang, a Village Defence Force (VDF) personnel under Manipur Police, were reportedly found at different places in the Imphal valley, and their bodies were. reported to be riddled with bullets. Mrs. Neilam's body was found in Atom Khuman village, Imphal West around 8 kms from Kangchup Chingkhong. It
was sent for post-mortem at the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS). The Officer in Charge of
Lamsang Police Station stated that the woman had a bullet injury on her head. The body of the Jamkhothang was found in Takhok Mapal Makha
area, Imphal East. The body was found blindfolded and had bullet wounds. He was reportedly tortured by Meitei mobs in the streets of Imphal before being shot. The Officer in Charge of Irilbung Police Station stated that the body had three bullet injuries marked in his chest and one in his head. The remains of Thangjalam Haokip are yet to be traced.

Kangleipak and the Hills were ruled separately by the British Colonials and was merged as Manipur.
When India got independence, Manipur was annexed as part of India.
Please put us under article 3 of the Indian constitution before the merger.
