@DGlaucomflecken I agree with your point to some extent. I have seen many new graduates struggling with anxiety problems, Confidence issues and several even quitting their specialty to work as assistance in the OR. There has to be a happy medium to produce strong confident surgeons.

At present only minimal roll out and tested from publications. Time will tell once tens of thousands of consumers use it.
