challenging the unconstitutiinal posting of Chief Secretaries by Establishment Division on provincial posts & that too from a service not legislated by Concerned Provincial Assemblies.

It's fixed tomorrow.

ETOs qualified CCE2018 & completed all codal formalities of Excise dept, but they are awaiting joining since 9 months.
Also, PMS Officers are awaiting their training. #CMSindh must help them in their joining & training.

It is a big tragedy that 9 months have been passed, but Sindh Excise & Taxation Officers haven’t got their joining yet;and Sindh PMS Officers are still awaiting their training.
Thanks to federal bureaucracy for such a deliberate delay.

British abolished all #central services per Ind Act, 1947. #Provinces joined #Constituent Assembly not
#Dominion govt. #Dominion Govt was temporary like #caretaker until Constituent Assembly created Federation. It had no power to create any service.

Federal DMG bureaucracy should abstain from sidelining PMS Sindh.
We demand our earlier training with due share in revenue field posts.

Strongly support reforms in bureaucratic set up. The selective, arbitrary, unfair and unconstitutional arrangements should be buried once for all. Provincial services structures have been subjugated and damaged under colonial arrogance #ReformColonialBureaucracy
