Hal Puthoff tells Eric Burlison that Jay Stratton is who he needs to talk to about the legacy UFO program because he found it during AAWSAP but never got access
Hal -“the AAWSAP program was started by Senator Harry Reid Reid and a couple of other senators at the time— Kind of looked from the outside into the legacy program, but then when you got— Well, to look outside in into the phenomena. So at the beginning, I don't think they recognized that there was a legacy program. It was only that in the process of carrying out the requirements of the AAWSAP program, began to realize, oh my God, there's more behind the scenes that we didn't even know about when we set up this program. And that's why I would suggest talking to Jay Stratton, part of the UAP Task Force because he was the one that began to collect data from here, there, and everywhere, and then identify gatekeepers and find out that there was a legacy program. And we never got access. I mean, the gatekeepers of the legacy program, even though we were, you know, even going for Kona Blue, we're supposed to be an SAP program, we still couldn't get access to the legacy programs. The security personnel involved in the Kona Blue thing found the gatekeepers, and the gatekeepers said, "We're not going to talk to you until you have an SAP." But we didn't get the SAP, so that never went anywhere. So those are really two completely separate enterprises.”
@BillyKryzak@mbattista25 No frame of reference to anything. There must be more to the video. Don't do like the gov does and give us clips. Show the calling. Show the zoom out then zoom in part. Is this in the sky? Come man.
@BillyKryzak@mbattista25 Please show a longer video zooming in and out showing the object is in fact in the sky. And provide location, date and time etc. This video alone doesn’t say much.
NEW: The White House has created a UAP Governance Board, which oversees the @ProfAviLoeb Advisory Council. @ODNIgov says the Board will "integrate" & "optimise" the investigation of UAP incidents and assist in timely coordination of declassification.
There is nothing in this statement that says this Board - or Prof Loeb's Advisory Council - will be given legal powers - such as subpoena - to enforce these aspirations. It's still @DeptofWar deciding what they get to see.
Both the Governance Board and Advisory Committee are to be in support of @AARO, the Pentagon's UAP investigation office, so this new structure is all under @DeptofWar & IC control.
Unless these bodies are given teeth, it means the gatekeepers retain control over disclosure. Unless the @WhiteHouse@POTUS gives a UAP transparency oversight body independence and teeth, so-called Disclosure will be ineffectual and evasive for as long as the gatekeepers want to conceal.
This risks being yet another ineffectual effort like Project Bluebook, humouring public demands for truth but continuing the cover-up. Credit: @ddeanjohnson
While it is not the independent UAP Review Board proposed by Schumer and Rounds, it appears to address some of the same challenges the UAP Disclosure Act was designed to solve.
A big development.
So at first, we thought it was one UAP Science Advisory Council.
But it is actually a UFO Board supported by several advisory groups - one of which seems to be the Science Council.
Mr. Mellon,
While many, including myself, appreciate your tenacity here, this is a perplexing tweet...
You are calling for the release of UAP space data, satellite data, and detection from the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System; however, you yourself have commented on several occasions on the existence of both the legacy programs and recovered materials/biological samples.
The number one example that comes to mind is this redacted Signal messaging screenshot you released in 2024 in response to Sean Kirkpatrick voluntarily offering Signal exchanges between you and him for a FOIA release.
This redacted exchange with an unknown individual not only confirms you know the management structure, security control systems, and ownership of the crash retrieval portfolio, but that you are also aware of a highly classified memo by SecAF in the 1950s that is still in effect to maintain cover for the legacy programs.
Indeed, you also in this exchange confirm you are aware of the Air Force legacy SES-2 gatekeeper (likely Russel E. Wyler) and state the 1953 Kingman, Arizona UFO crash was indeed real and recovered.
So why exactly is this memo by a former SecAF or the release of the Kingman wreckage and biologics not a priority for you? These have lower precedence than your listed IMINT/SIGINT data?....
You have said similar things on several occasions regarding UFO retrieval and exploitation, including a 2023 NewsNation appearance with Chris Cuomo where you stated: "I’ve been told that we have recovered technology that did not originate on this Earth, by officials in the Department of Defense and by former intelligence officials."
https://t.co/Bnin6fajhK
This feels like a bizarre pivot back to your and Mr. Elizondo's ~ 2017-2023 narrative of discussing an amorphous non-human presence on this planet without breaking into the fine details of recovered technical vehicles or biologics.
At the same time, I find it bizarre that your list is excluding maritime UFO sensor data encounters. We know, all the way back to the days of Project Blue Book, USO/maritime UFO encounters are often strikingly anomalous and occur almost more frequently than any space-based UFO monitoring and tracking.
Others and I share the concern that within the Age of Disclosure documentary, Jay Stratton, who retired as a Defense Intelligence Senior Executive (DISES) from the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), purposefully excluded Navy elements from the film's "Legacy Program" outline to protect his Naval interest or prior exposure to Naval Legacy Elements. Mr. Mellon, are you doing the same? Admiral Gallaudet has advocated for the study of UFO/USO in maritime environments tirelessly. Why do you not also advocate for release of such data?
An additional worthy pursuit, as I have publicly requested, is for you to comment on your former SSCI coworker, Mary K. Sturtevant. As I have stated, I am aware that whilst Sturtevant was Lockheed Martin VP of Government Affairs and VP for Intelligence, Joint and Science & Technology Progams, she aided in the blocking of the Kona Blue PSAP UFO materials transfer between Lockheed Martin and the AAWSAP. My public request to you can be found here:

Why is UFO retrieval, exploitation, and reverse engineering, for which you have advocated transparency in the past, taking a backseat to a handful of specific sensor data?
So, @michaelshermer, a guy who just compared David Grusch to the late Heaven's-Gate cult leader, Marshall Applewhite, is part of this new UAP council?
Fuck Shermer.
If that was @ProfAviLoeb's idea, then Loeb needs to get his head out of his ass and remove Shermer ASAP. Find a decent skeptic who hasn't libeled one of the most prominent UAP/UFO whistleblowers in history (in Grusch), which shows a bias. And...one who wasn't accused of sexual misconduct by three women, including one who claimed she was sexually assaulted by Shermer. At the very least, I think Shermer is a creep and should stay far away from the UAP/UFO topic.
"...a new UAP Science Advisory Council. The council includes Prof. Carol Cleland: anomaly identification; Dr. Richard Cloete: data analysis and AI tools; Dr. Omer Eldadi: data management, AI, and human psychology; Dr. @GallaudetTim : oceanography; Ross Howard: communication; Dr. Devesh Nandal: numerical analysis and astrophysics; Prof. @GarryPNolan: molecular biology and materials science; Dr. Regina Sarmiento: data analysis and AI-assisted data management; Dr. Michael Shermer: the study of anomalies; Prof. Peter Skafish (@heterology): anthropology; Prof. Matthew Szydagis: instrumentation and data collection; and Dr. @JenniceVilhauer: quantitative psychology. This constitutes an amazing A-team of exceptional scientists."
This is HUGE news.
PhD astronomer and former NASA engineer Ivo Busko has single-handedly driven a final nail into the coffin of the contamination-based hypotheses (e.g. plate defects and cosmic rays) proposed to explain the VASCO transients. He did so using one of the most creative approaches in astronomy I have ever seen: by analysing pre-Sputnik photographic plates from a German telescope known to suffer from severe optical distortions (aberrations), he demonstrated that the transients appear on these plates and exhibit the same optical distortions as the stars themselves. They are slightly narrower and sharper than the stars, consistent with brief flashes.
This is a crucial result. It shows that the transient light passed through the telescope optics, meaning the transients originate from real objects producing light, rather than from plate defects or cosmic-ray contamination that hit the plate. Dr Busko has also shown that the transients cluster spatially and are associated with periods close to nuclear tests. See the example of the triple transient with optical comas.
This is the greatest gift. Congratulations, Ivo.
I'm happy beyond belief.

These are some of the files Jeremy Corbell is threatening to release if the next batch of official government files doesn't include reverse engineering or biologics
Jeremy Corbell threatens to release hundreds of UFO files if the next batch of government files don’t address reverse engineering and biologics
“If they don't come out with the next drop having to do with reverse engineering, non-human intelligence craft, and if they don't address or begin to address biologics, then they saw in Sleeping Dog the file systems.
That's not just in my hands anymore, that's not just in George Knapp’s. They have promised transparency on what they know on UAP.
David Grusch went up in front of Congress with his hand to the country, to the globe, and to whatever he believes in and he told the truth. And he told you not just UFOs a, that we have been reverse engineering them, that we've been trying to for decades and that there were pilots, biologics, he said, non-human intelligent beings.
Now, if that's true, and if you believe him, our government in parts has that information.
It is time to tell the American public the truth.”
The CIA OGA (the Office of Global Access) article was deleted, but the "Good Trouble Show" posted a backup.

🤬 What's More Important, National Security of The Truth? 🤬
(This has riled me up, and I couldn't disagree more with some of this. My comments are below.)
Coulthart: "My worry is that some of those people (in the Legacy program(s)) might just throw the whole file into the public arena."
(That's Ross' worry? That's our HOPE! Let us see the alleged mind-blowing evidence!!! Enough with using national security as a blanket excuse. If a non-human intelligence is on this planet, and interacting with humans, we NEED AND DESERVE to know that info. ASAP. And IF "they" are affecting or manipulating us in a negative way, we need to see if we can figure out a way to stop it. THAT is national security. If it's gonna take an Edward Snowden-type of leak, so be it. People are fed up with the secrecy on this.)
~
@ChrisCuomo: "It's about transparency. It's about hundreds of millions of dollars and obvious things that are of national security interest and playing out in the wars that we're seeing right now, and the wars to come. That's what it is. So, why would you mock it? Why would this administration mock it when they're trying to own the transparency of it? But they did. They teased. Oh, they're coming, they're living among us. Like, you know, this is the walking among us. You know, like, as if you believe in this stuff, you believe, and it's all about aliens.
"And they're doing that, they're mocking those of us who want transparency on this as a way to make a joke about people who are here as illegal aliens. And it's just another level on the whole demonizing, mocking, and making them something less than the rest of us."
(Cuomo is spot on with that. And the only way for the WH to make up for that is to help facilitate the declassification and release of videos and documents that make the masses say, "Holy crap! OMG!" And so far, that has NOT happened.)
Cuomo: "So, today, Pentagon UFO whistleblower David Grusch, along with members of Congress, announced they're gonna to soon hold a press conference demanding the Trump administration reveal everything the government knows about UFOs. My question is: Is there an, or else? Let's bring in NewsNation special correspondent and investigative journalist, Mr. Ross Coulthart. Ross, it's good to see you. My understanding is there IS an, or else."
(From what I've heard, there is NOT an, "or else." I mean, we've been hearing that for a few years now and nothing I've heard behind the scenes makes me think an "or else" is coming any time soon. What's an example of an "or else"? Keep reading.)
Coulthart: "There very much is, Chris. Good evening. I don't think [Trump is] being well advised at the moment. It was a puerile (juvenile, childish, silly) effort by somebody in the White House administration to use the aliens dot gov website as a way of one, trying to promote the President's position on stopping illegal immigration, which I think many Americans would applaud.."
(Agree with that.)
Coulthart: "But I think there's been a miscalculation, the President has been badly led by people inside his administration who thought that they would score points by mocking the efforts to become transparent on the subject of non-human intelligence. It's seriously at risk of blowing up in his face, and there is more."
(It depends on how many people are pissed at what happened (our community) vs. people who said, "I knew it was all a sham. Thank you, Mr. President for doing this." I think the latter group may outnumber us.)
Coulthart: "My worry, genuinely, all along, has been that there are people who are very desperate, inside what we call the Legacy reverse engineering, craft retrieval program, that is a covert effort involving non-human technology. Incredible as it may sound. My worry is that some of those people might just throw the whole file into the public arena and compromise laudable efforts by people in national security to develop weapons systems and energy and propulsion systems that are actually of value to the American public.
(Always about weapons. SMH. So we may have reverse-engineered non-human tech (as Lacatski has said: "But not to its full extent") and come up with our own advanced energy and propulsion systems, but NONE of that has made its way into the public sphere to benefit humanity and this planet. And we're to believe that if more disclosure doesn't take place, those Legacy folks are going to get REALLY mad and desperate and leak that stuff? That's the alleged "or else." And I don't buy it. Nothing I've heard publicly or behind the scenes points toward that happening any time soon. As always, I hope I'm wrong. As far as weapons? Keep it secret. I get that. But other things that can benefit humanity? That should not be kept secret forever.)
Coulthart: "The real risk is that we might lose these efforts to our adversaries, to potential foreign adversaries, if the President doesn't recognize the severity, the significance of what he's playing with here with UAP transparency. This is all about national security. It's terribly important."
(Sorry but this is all about telling the world the truth about another intelligence sharing this planet with us and figuring out if they're using us for their own self-preservation efforts. And IF that's the case, we need to know so we can try to stop it. To me, that is much more important than "national security." And yes, I realize that may be looked upon by many as naive, but at some point, the truth needs to be told to the world. The national security excuse can't be used forever. It is time.
Cuomo gets that, but doesn't go far enough, IMO.)
Cuomo: "I'll tell you what, Ross, there's a very provocative question here, maybe even an existential one. What is more important to national security? That this type of classified information that may give us an advantage may not let our adversaries understand certain capacities or incapacities, OR...that the American people at some point have to win. They have to get what they demand at some point, or they will not believe in the system anymore. That is not for us to answer, but it will be for us to observe."
(Agree. But it's more than just about Americans (and the world) losing their faith in the system. It's about national security vs. telling the world the truth about what has been going on for at least 80 years. And, again, IF that phenomenon has had an effect on society and humanity, and it hasn't been beneficial to us, we MUST be told that. That trumps (no pun) national security every day of the week.
I hope we get Legacy folks turning the system upside down and leaking like a sieve, but I just don't see it.)
‼️🇺🇸: BODY OF ONE OF MISSING SCIENTISTS FOUND 👀
The remains of Melissa Casias, were discovered outside of Taos New Mexico on the edge of a national park by a hiker yesterday.
Casias was a high-level assistant at the Department of Energy Los Alamos National Laboratory, and disappeared last year in June.
Her ERASED PHONES, wallet, and car keys were left in her home in Ranchos de Taos home, her car was left parked outside. 👀
Cause of d3ath has not yet been released.
This stinks to high h3ll. 🤨
Breaking: New study using observational constraints projects that the Atlantic Ocean circulation #AMOC will weaken ~50% by 2100, even for medium emissions and without Greenland melting. Seriously bad news.

🚨Former White House National Security Council Director of Aviation Security says UFOs are not made by human beings
“This type of technology is not man-made. It’s nothing that we can build, or have built, or are using out there.”
— Brett Feddersen
This is why Disclosure matters.
The public has been allowed to see blurry fragments.
Meanwhile, insiders keep describing the unreleased material as 4K, crystal clear, metallic, structured, geometric, and backed by military-grade sensor data.
That gap is the scandal.
Not belief.
Not speculation.
The gap.
Where is the footage?
