This is a nice idea that needs to be adopted in our country for the betterment of patients' care. It will also reduce the cost of repeating similar investigations which have already been done in the previous hospital to reduce the cost of care.

HIV is a public health problem and causes significant mortality and morbidly especially in sub Saharan Africa, The emergence of HIV drug resistance makes a fight against HIV to be difficult. By joining our hands together we can prevent HIV drug resistance.

Dolutegravir resistance to treatment of HIV is on the rise. Necessary action should be taken, ranging from prevention of new HIV infection, HIV testing and Drug adherence.
