All sorts of sexy river rewiggling stuff happening - gravel and sandbanks emerging, new braided channels, deep pools, spawning redds, etc etc

Been planting trees and scrub to mix up the bank corridors
BART have completed the Caring for the Cam project, made possible by a generous grant from players of People's Postcode Lottery through @plocaltrust. It enabled 650 metres of fencing to protect the brook, 240 trees planted by volunteers and 2 fantastic community river events!
A HUGE thank you to the brilliant volunteers from @avon_angling and beyond who spent their Saturday planting 240 native trees along the Cam Brook! This will make a crucial difference to the brook and it's bankside habitat and build resilience to climate change! 🌳🌳🌳
