#NHSworker missing the gym & spin classes. I have been doing kettlebells & cardio #ExerciseAtHome with @FitifyApps (highly recommended) but missing spin. Have tried everywhere to hire/buy spin bike but non available. Any suggestions/ideas anyone?? #EasterAtHome #nhs #StayHome
