@BofA_Help I have to say this is crazy frustrating! I've tried calling several local branches in the SF Area for help with notary services and not one single branch has picked up the phone. BOFA on San Bruno Ave and Mission St. in San Francisco. Frustrating!

Who is supposed to give me my $400? I bought through BB, sent phone to VZ per promo, VZ has it. Who pays me my $400?
@VerizonSupport - well this seems about par for course, i spend another hour with Sam, a VZ floor supervisor, only for him to tell me i have to talk to @BestBuySupport after I spent 2 hours with BB telling me talk to VZ. And Sam can't call BB. Lovely...
I would preface this by saying I've been on the phone/chat with VZ multiple times to no avail along with BB. They keep telling me to call each other, so how hard is it for them to talk and figure out who is supposed to pay me back?
@BestBuySupport adn to top it off, finally get to a supervisor (8th person) and was disconnected. Been 15 minutes and no callback from BB and quite honestly, not sure if i care to call BB any more, i think im done with BB
@BestBuySupport I have had a horrendous morning with Best Buy Support - having problems with trade in compensation that Verizon says Best Buy needs to handle and so far, I got routed to 6 different departments with each one saying the next dept will help, still stuck in CS hell.
@VerizonSupport I have to say VZ CS is horrible, I've spent at least 5 hours talking and chatting with 4 VA CS agents about my trade in promotion only for each to say they'll escalate and take of it, but no one does. Utterly frustrating.
@Visible Just wanted to say of all the mobile phone companies ive worked with, Visible is by far the worst. Hour long delays to reach a customer service agent via chat, no way to speak to anyone. Waiting now 3 weeks to process refund. Not good!
@CricketSupport why is it that Cricket locked an iphone I purchased from Apple at full price and unlocked and then tells me its policy to lock all phones that are brought into Cricket and to have to wait 6 months before unlocking? Not cool, losing a customer!
@StatsTeslaApp not sure how to get support on this but seems like STATs apple watch app isn't responsive with car controls (lock/unlock, trunk, frunk) even when iphone app works. Suggestions for solution?
@IKEAUSAHelp Is there something wrong with your website? I can't place an order, it keeps say unknown error occurred, try again later or call CS. Its been like that for 2 days and I can't get through to CS to order either.
