@GWRHelp cancelling the last train to hanborough because you couldn’t plan your staff rotation. I’m now stranded at Paddington and have no where to stay. I diligently paid for an advance ticket ages ago, I’ll only get ~£10 compensation for an advance ticket, seems fair 👍🏻 crooks
