The Friendly Bear Conference in Buenos Aires was my favorite one to date. It’s crazy to top the previous one in October in LA, but this one was special because it was done in such a unique location in a beautiful country.

We also had Tom Hougaard @TomHougaard join us coming to Buenos Aires which made it extra special! Incredible!

One year ago, I was struggling... badly. My trading was crap. My business in shambles. I was UTTERLY depressed while maintaining the bit of confidence left over from years of successful trading. Felt like a failing father and husband. You'd never know it because I'm the type to throw a smile on no matter what, but I was hurting and lost. Inside, I was scared. Scared that maybe I couldn't get my trading mojo back. And how can I teach if my methods aren't even working for myself? I was scared of the MOUNTAIN of work it would take to build my business back up. Scared of having to become a "content creator".

Then I came across a video by @hubermanlab where he spoke of the breakthroughs in the understanding of how dopamine works. For some reason (my background with drug abuse), it REALLY resonated with me. It changed my perspective completely, and I immediately got into action and hard work, and away from self-pity and fear. It inspired me to become a "content creator" and get back on social and youtube, even though I was pretty against it, so MAYBE I could reach a few traders the way Dr. Huberman's videos reached me.

One year and COUNTLESS HOURS OF HARD WORK, now separate me and the man that I was one year ago. My trading is better and more accurate than EVER right now. My teaching is better than EVER right now. My business is better than EVER right now. Thanks for your work @hubermanlab that's all I can say.

THE REALIZATION THAT THE PURSUIT WAS THE REWARD DRIVING DOPAMINE AND MOTIVATION.... This was a gamechanger. I stopped looking at that mountain of work and the rebuilding of my life and business as a negative, and instead, looked at it as a mountain of dopamine and the start of something great... AND IT WAS... JUST THE START. Happy Friday my friends. GET TO WORK!!!!!!!!!!!
